Who We Are

Flecor is a Western Australian industrial services company built on the belief that great trades work requires more than just showing up with the right tools. It requires experience, attention to detail, a genuine understanding of how industrial equipment behaves, and the commitment to do the job properly every single time. We were established to serve the growing demand for a reliable, multi-disciplined industrial services provider that clients could call on for everything from a precision balancing job to full shutdown crew mobilisation. Today, our team delivers services across balancing, laser alignment, mechanical, welding, electrical, and shutdown support to clients across the Perth metro area and regional WA.

We are proudly Western Australian, and we understand the specific challenges that come with operating in WA’s industrial landscape, from the demands of remote mine sites to the tight turnaround requirements of processing plants. Our people have worked across these environments for years, and that experience shows in every job we take on.

Our roots run deep in the rotating equipment sector, with a legacy built alongside our sister company, Sacor – a recognised leader in centrifugal separation technology.

Together, we’ve supported mining, marine, energy, and manufacturing clients across Australia with high-performance machinery diagnostics and solutions that work.

Capabilities

Flecor operates across six service disciplines, giving clients a comprehensive industrial services offering backed by experienced tradespeople and proper equipment. Our capabilities include:

Mechanical Maintenance

Flecor's qualified fitters deliver full mechanical maintenance across equipment assemblies, new installations, repairs and conveyor systems. Including belts, drive systems, pulleys and transfer points.

Laser Alignment to OEM Specifications

Using state-of-the-art laser alignment systems, Flecor brings rotating machinery into exact OEM tolerance reducing vibration, bearing wear and seal failures across Perth and regional Western Australia.

Balancing

In-House and onsite balancing using precision portable balancing equipment. Mass 100 – 5,000kg, Length up to 5m, diameter up to 2m.

Vibration Analysis

Flecor uses advanced diagnostic technology to detect early-stage faults in rotating equipment. Including pumps, motors, gearboxes and compressors before they cause costly unplanned downtime.

Structural and Precision Welding

From crack repairs and structural reinforcement to custom fabrication and equipment modifications, Flecor's qualified welders deliver high-quality results across mining, processing and resources sites in Western Australia.

Electrical Services

Flecor's licensed electricians carry out industrial electrical installations, maintenance, switchboard upgrades, compliance inspections and VSD installations for mining and commercial clients across Western Australia. Working alongside our mechanical trades, we provide a seamless multi-trade capability for planned shutdowns and ongoing site maintenance.

Shutdown Labour

Flecor supplies experienced shutdown labour to mining and industrial operations across Western Australia, including qualified fitters, trade assistants and full multi-trade maintenance crews ready to mobilise quickly.

We hold the relevant trade licences and certifications to operate across these disciplines within Western Australia, and our team can meet site-specific safety induction and competency requirements across a range of industrial environments.
