BALANCING SERVICES

Keep Your Equipment Running. Perfectly Balanced.

Flecor provides precision balancing services for rotating industrial equipment across Perth and Western Australia. Imbalance is one of the most common causes of premature bearing failure, excessive vibration and mechanical wear in rotating machinery. Our technicians identify and correct imbalance conditions using calibrated equipment and proven methodology, restoring smooth operation, extending equipment service life and protecting your assets from unnecessary damage.

In-House Balancing

For equipment that requires removal from site or where workshop conditions offer advantages, Flecor in-house balancing service provides precise static and dynamic balancing using our workshop balancing equipment. Components are assessed, balanced to appropriate tolerance grades and returned ready for reinstallation. In-house balancing is well suited to new components prior to installation, refurbished rotors, or assemblies where access constraints prevent effective onsite balancing. Our workshop team handles the process efficiently, with accurate documentation provided on completion.

On-Site Balancing

Flecor’s onsite dynamic balancing service eliminates the need to remove rotating components from your machinery for workshop treatment. Using portable, high-precision balancing instruments, our technicians balance rotors, fans, impellers, grinding wheels and other rotating assemblies directly in their operating environment, accounting for real-world bearing loads, mounting conditions and operating speed. This approach minimises downtime, avoids costly disassembly and reassembly risks, and delivers accurate results in the conditions where your equipment runs. We work across a wide range of equipment types and industries and our technicians have experience balancing components across diverse operating environments including mining, processing, and manufacturing.

Vibration Analysis

Read the Warning Signs Before Failure

Flecor’s vibration analysis service gives you a clear picture of your rotating equipment’s mechanical health before problems become failures. Using calibrated vibration measurement instruments, our technicians collect and interpret vibration data from bearings, shafts, drives and housings to identify faults including imbalance, misalignment, bearing defects, looseness, and resonance. Vibration analysis is a powerful predictive maintenance tool that allows maintenance teams to plan interventions at the right time, avoid unexpected breakdowns and maximise the service life of critical equipment. We provide clear reports with findings and recommendations, giving your team the information needed to make informed maintenance decisions.
